The Police Command in Yobe says it will strengthen collaboration with sister security agencies and other stakeholders to fight crimes in the state.
The Commissioner of Police, Mr. Haruna Garba, stated this at a news conference on Wednesday in Damaturu.
Garba said the command would work closely with sister security agencies, the judiciary, and other stakeholders to rid the state of criminal elements.
He said the command under his watch would enhance community, visibility, and intelligence policing in the state.
The command, he said, would collaborate with community leaders and other law-abiding citizens to protect lives and property.
“Therefore, law-abiding members of the community will be fully involved and incorporated into the security architecture of their respective communities.
