
D’ Tigers’ trio – Ejimofor Anosike of Carl State Fullerton Titans, Omenaka Godwin Ekene of BC Kormend, Hungary, and Bolaji Alatese are optimistic that the team will overcome Senegal today, August ,14, 2023 when both team clash in the opening match of the France 2024 Olympic qualifiers which dunks off by 5pm at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“We equally want to represent our country with pride and are very happy with ourselves and will definitely do the country proud. In as much as we respect all the teams, we’ll not give anything to chance in this qualifiers as we believe we’ve what it takes to emerge victorious at the end of hostilities.

” Right now, our training since arriving in the country could be described as perfect. Although most of the players in camp are new, the energy and chemistry are there and will help us when we confront not only Senegal but other opponents in Group A.
The players in one voice explained that they’re here for business and will approach all the games with seriousness so as to make the home fans happy.
