President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday held a closed-door meeting with governors elected under the ruling All Progressive Congress at the Aso-Villa in Abuja.
The governors present at the meeting were Abubakar Bagudu of Kebbi, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, Dr Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti, Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa, Dapo Abiodun of Ogun.
Others include, Abubakar Bello of Niger, Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe, Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa and Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, Dr Eric Igwe.
The reason for the meeting is yet to be known as of the time of filing this report.
