President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday was in Lagos inaugurated a Seaward Defence Boat (SDB) III built by the Nigerian Navy and also attended the public presentation of the former interim National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Bisi Akande’s autobiography, titled, “My Participations”
