Rep. donates 12 transformers to communities in Oluyole constituency

Rep. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe (APC), representing Oluyole Federal Constituency of Oyo, has donated 300KVA transformers, totalling 12, to communities in the area.
The donation is contained in a statement signed by her Media Aide, Olamilekan Olusada, and made available to newsmen in Ibadan on Monday.
Akande-Sadipe is the Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Diaspora.
The list of benefitting communities includes Lafiku Village, Irepodun Abbey Technical, Idi-Ishin Community, Egbeda Tuba Community, Ifelodun Community and CRIN/Odo-Ona Community.
Others are Alaagba One Village, Oorelope Isale-Alfa Community, Papa Eleye Community, Sanyo Agbamu Community, Ori Apata Estate and Adewolo Community.
Akande-Sadipe hoped the transformers would impact significantly on the quality of life and economic activities in the communities.
She assured her constituents of continued quality representation that would bring more dividend to them.
“Prior to the 2019 elections, I took my campaign to different communities in my constituency in the quest to dialogue, exchange ideas on their expectations and understand their needs.
“It was important for me to have a better understanding of the gaps I needed to fill and collect first-hand data from the people of Oluyole
“After the dialogue, transformer was discovered to be a key need of all the communities,” Akande-Sadipe said.
She gave assurance that she would redeem all her campaign promises to facilitate the process of development in the area, in spite the challenges of limited resources.
The donation was coming barely a month after she facilitated an economic empowerment for 200 women and youths in the constituency.

Also, the lawmaker had donated several boreholes with water treatment plants and constructed some classroom blocks in the area.
The statement quotes the communities to have thanked her for the donations with the promise to ensure security for the facilities.
