Rihanna Loses dad, Ronald Fenty, at 70

Veteran singer and business mogul Rihanna has lost her father, Ronald Fenty.

Ronald Fenty died on May 31st 2025 at the age of 70 following a brief illness.

According to reports, he died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was surrounded by close family members, including Rihanna and her younger brother, Rajad.

While the exact cause of death has not been disclosed, it was gathered that his condition worsened in recent weeks before he finally died on Saturday.

Rihanna, who is currently pregnant with her third child with partner A$AP Rocky, has not yet made a public statement regarding her father’s passing, however Supporters and fans of the singer have begun sharing messages of condolence online.
