The Rivers State Commissioner for Finance, Issac Kamalu has resigned.
Kamalu’s resignation was contained in a letter dated December 14th, 2023 and addressed to Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
He thanked the governor for the opportunity to serve the state.
ThisNigeria reports that three Rivers State Commissioners have tendered their resignations to the governor.
This may not be unconnected to the poltical crisis rocking the state.
