Rivers govt parleys World Bank on urban development

As part of efforts to drive more growth to Rivers State, the state government has parleyed the World Bank on Urban Development and Resilience.

The State Government was represented by the Commissioner for Housing, Dr Gift Worlu, and the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Special Duties, Dr A M Harry.

The team from the World Bank was represented by Faud Malkawi, Senior Urban Development Specialist, and Nkem Joseph-Palmer, Senior Risk Management Specialist, Urban, Resilience, & Land Development.
