Rivers State Government declares Miebaka alias Ikpaki wanted

Rivers State Government has declared Mr. Genesis Miebaka alias Ikpaki wanted for alleged criminal activities and harrassment of contractors in the State, a statement by Information Commissioner, Paulinus Nsirim says

“Law Enforcement Agencies have therefore been directed to arrest and prosecute him immediately.”
