Nollywood veteran actor, Segun Arinze has rubbished claims by a netizen, identified as Sarah Irete Ajayi Otagbo that the actor is sick and needs financial help.
Arinze, in a post made on his social media platforms on Tuesday, vowed to take up the issue legally, claiming that Otagbo caused him and his family embarrassment and shame.
The ace actor clarified that the picture of him posted by the netizen to back her claim was taken from a movie set.
He wrote, “To say that some people are mentally deranged will be an understatement. Firstly I don’t know you from anywhere. We are not related neither are friends? And you had the guts to go on Facebook to post a picture of me on a movie set working. Then decided to tell the world that a member of your family is Sick (Not me) I’m using this medium to clear the air. That I’m very hale and hearty.
“I’m not in anyway sick. And also let @Sarah Irete Ajayi Otagbo know that I will be taking legal action against for spreading false news about me. You have caused me a lot pain and embrassement, not just me alone but my family and friends as well. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me. God bless you all.”
