Senator Dadu’ut attends conference of Assemblies of African Parliamentary Union

Senator Professor Nora Dadu’ut (APC Plateau South) recently attended the 76th session of the Executive Committee and the 43rd Conference of Presidents of National Parliamentary Assemblies of African Parliamentary Union held at Djibouti, the Republic of Djibouti from 9th to 16th of October 2021.

A statement made available to newsmen in Jos and signed by the Senator reads that the Conference was attended by over 20 African States.

The statement further reads that” the Conference deliberated on two major themes; 1st The Impact of Covid-19 Health crisis on African populations; Resilience and challenges to be met and the pandemic effects on African Economics and how to ensure economic recovery and secondly the Political Economic and Social role of the African woman in the COVID 19 Health crisis.

Dadu’ut sues for peaceful co-existence amongst citizens

The Parliamentarian from Central Africa Hon. Ernest Mizedio was nominated to chair the discussions and Resolutions reached, while Senator Prof. Nora Ladi Daduut was nominated to serve as Rapporteur (being bilingual).
