Speed Darlington released on bail – Lawyer, Stanley Alieke

Stanley Alieke, the lawyer to controversial rapper, Darlington Okoye aka Speed Darlington has disclosed that his client has been released on bail.
Alieke disclosed in a post on Instagram that Darlington was freed on Monday by the Nigeria Police Force.
“Apki has been granted bail by the court,” he wrote.
Darlington popularly known as Akpi was arrested on November 27 while performing at a show in Owerri, Imo State.
His arrest was connected to abuses on Grammy award winner, Damini Ogulu aka Burna Boy.
A member of his legal team, Deji Adeyanju, had confirmed that Burna Boy was responsible for Akpi’s arrest.
He had accused Burna Boy of having an amoral relationship with embattled United States rapper, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is facing multiple charges for sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
