Super Falcons’ Chief Coach, Randy Waldrum, on Tuesday in Ijebu-Ode hailed the level of talents on display at the ongoing Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership Super Six.
Waldrum told newsmen, after watching some of the competition’s matches, that the event was a great opportunity for him.
“It is going to help me to know players to bring into the Super Falcons team in the future,” he said.
Waldrum, who was on the ground for Match Day 1 fixtures on Monday, said he had spoken with some of the players in Ijebu-Ode who were with him at the invitational tournament in Turkey recently.
“This was just to say hello, as I don’t want to distract the players too much at the moment because the tournament is important to every one of them,” he said.

“But it’s a great opportunity for me to be here, to know the players to bring into the future camps,” Waldrum added.
He however said he was going to wait to have a conversation with some of the players he would be looking at.
“The talent level is quite high. But the key now is, maybe, get some time with the players we want to bring in and work with that,” the coach said.
