Tackle insecurity, inflation, Yul Edochie urges Tinubu

Nigerian filmmaker and self-acclaimed cleric, Yul Edochie, has called on President Bola Tinubu to tackle insecurity and the high cost of living in the country.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain and staunch supporter of the President made this plea on Monday, in a post shared on his Facebook page.
This follows the recent killings of over 250 citizens in Benue State by suspected herdsmen.
Edochie, who had defended Tinubu’s administration in the past wrote, “To my dear President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, Nigerians do not hate you, they hate the situation they find themselves in, which is the hardship & insecurity in the country.
“His Excellency Sir, you have done so well in infrastructure and laid down some good policies. Tackle insecurity and high cost of living and you’ll write your name with gold in the hearts of Nigerians.”
Edochie’s comment was filled with netizens who bashed him for alleged double standards and others who commended his actions.
