Nigeria recorded 47 new cases of COVID-19 infection on Thursday, bringing the country’s total to 214,317, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said on Friday on its Facebook page.
The 47 new cases were recorded in seven states and the federal capital territory (FCT).
Plateau top with 16 new cases while Federal Capital Abuja and Rivers have 8 news cases each.
Gombe and Kaduna also have 4 each, Edo and Kano have 3 each and Bauchi state has just one.
