The National Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abdullahi Adamu, yesterday described the victory of the party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, as the party’s project, noting that nothing will stop the party from winning the election.
Adumu made these remarks while speaking with journalists at the Abuja residence of Tinubu where he went to congratulate him for emerging as the party’s presidential candidate.

The APC national chairman was accompanied by members of its National Working Committee (NWC) on the visit.
Thisnigeria reports that Tinubu, one of the leaders of the APC, emerged as its 2023 presidential candidate at its just concluded Special Convention and Presidential Primary Election on Wednesday.
Tinubu, who contested the party’s presidential ticket with 13 other aspirants, got a total of 1,271 votes at the election to emerge the APC presidential candidate.
Immediate past minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, came second with 316 votes, while Vice President Yemi Osinbajo came third with 235 delegates’ votes.

The APC national chairman said, “This is our project and by God’s grace, we will succeed,’’
It will be noted that the residence of Tinubu has since become a rendezvous of activities as dignitaries, supporters and different associations, including the Progressive Northern Governors Forum (PNGF), who continued to visit him to congratulate him on his victory at the election.
