Russia ready to resume dialogue with NATO says Lavrov
Russia is ready to resume dialogue with the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) but it should not be empty-worded and should focus on security, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday.
Lavrov said that during a news conference that he discussed the NATO-Russia dialogue “which almost fully stopped after a coup d’etat in Ukraine” during a meeting with Portuguese Foreign Minister Augusto Santos Silva.

“Well, we will be ready, of course, to resume the dialogue.
“But it should not be empty talk,” Lavrov said during a press conference.
“Not for the sake of NATO members voicing all those absolutely one-sided statements at meetings of the Russia-NATO Council which made every time, thus accusing us of all sins,’’ he added.
