An unidentified elderly man has been caught on a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), stealing a laptop from an unknown location.
In the video, the man is seen wearing a beige-colored kaftan and a cap.
He loitered about, looking out for anyone who was approaching the scene. He then loosened his belt, grabbed the laptop, and hid it in his pants.
