The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) G-5 Governors have arrived in Benue State ahead of the party’s 7th campaign flag-off.
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike and Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State arrived at the Markurdi Airport on Sunday ahead of the flag-off scheduled to hold on Monday.
They were received by the state Governor, Samuel Ortom.
Wike increases appointment of special assistants to 200,000
Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State are also expected to grace the event.
The governors will also commission some projects executed by Ortom in the state.
Recall that Governor Wike had last week donated 25 brand new buses to Benue PDP for campaigns within the 23 LGAs of the State.
