Former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, on Tuesday cut the tape to inaugurate the Rumuogba Flyover built by the Rivers State Government to free traffic on the busy Port Harcourt – Aba expressway.
The flyover was the third to be commissioned by Rivers State Government after the Rebisi flyover, inaugurated in December by Works Minister, Raji Fashola, and Okoro-nu-Odo flyover that was inaugurated on Monday by former Cross River State Governor, Donald Duke.
