Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike will swear-in five Commissioners-Designate on Saturday, July 9th.
This was announced in a statement issued by Kelvin Ebiri, media aide to the Governor, on Friday.
According to Ebiri, the ceremony will take place at the Executive Council Chamber of Government House, Port Harcourt by 12pm.
