Monsignor David Ajang, the Parish Priest of Church of Assumption, Zaramaganda, Jos, has advised youths to be humble at all times.
Ajang, who is Bishop-elect of the Catholic Diocese of Lafia, gave the advice in his sermon on Sunday in Jos.
According to Ajang, life is a process, hence, young people must also learn to be patient and take things easy.
He said behind every great person, is the story of a humble beginning, insisting that young people must not despise their humble beginning.
“Life is indeed a process; the great men and women you see today started from scratch.
“Every great achiever you see today began in a humble way, and so anybody who wants to be great must be ready to begin small.
“So, I want to call on young people to learn the virtue of humility and patience.

“You must learn to humble yourselves and start one step at a time to meet your dreams in life,” he said.
Ajang further advised youths to be committed to achieving their goals, adding that humility, patience, determination and hard work should be their guide in life.
Ajang, 51, would be officially installed as the second Catholic Bishop of Lafia Diocese on June 24.
