Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission(NIDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa issued a warning to a presenter with Arise TV, Ayo Mairo-Ese, to desist from ruining the broadcast profession.
Dabiri-Erewa issued the warning in response to a statement made by Mairo-Ese in reaction to the controversy sparked by Nigerian-born Youtuber, Emdee Tiamiyu over the migration of Nigerians to the United Kingdon.
ThisNigeria reported that Tiamiyu, in an interview with BBC, had alleged that most Nigerians use Education as a ploy to gain entry into European countries.
Reacting to this during the Morning show on Arise TV, Ayo faulted the NIDCOM boss and other Nigerian leaders on their distorted view of Nigerians to the outside world.
