John Segun Odubela (SAN) , a member of Governor Godwin Obaseki’s legal team, is dead.

Odubela is also a Managing Partner of Rickey Tarfa & Co, and former Commissioner of Education, Ogun State.

Odubela died yesterday, the 15th day of March 2021, after a brief illness.

Mr. Odubela, SAN graduated from Ogun State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990, He obtained a Masters of Law degree from the University of Lagos, in 1995.

He was a member of the International Bar Association and Nigerian Bar Association.

He was also a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The late Odubela was a member of Mr. Godwin Obaseki’s Edo State Election Petition legal team.
