Nigeria’s Apex Court, the Supreme Court, has affirmed Bayelsa governor, Senator Diri Duoye as the lawfully elected governor of the state. The Appeal had earlier affirmed him as duly elected with lawful votes.
With this judgement, all litigations concerning the elections are finally over.
