The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Adamawa, has tasked members to work towards promoting unity and progress of the party in the state.
Mr. Mohammed Abdullahi, Acting Public Relations Officer of the party, made the call while reviewing the progress of the APC LG Congress, on Sunday in Yola.
Abdullahi said the Congress was conducted successfully across the 21 local government areas under the supervision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
“Congress results from some of the LGAs have started reaching the Party’s Headquarters in Yola.

“The Congress in Yola North LGA was rescheduled to Sept. 5, due to change of the venue for the exercise,” he said.
On complaint by some aggrieved party members, Abdullahi said it was normal after any election to receive complaint from those that feel unhappy with the outcome.
