Air Peace, West and Central Africa’s largest carrier, has announced the official launch of its Customer Experience Representative (CXR) initiative across its domestic network —a new bespoke service designed to redefine premium passenger care.
The programme will see specially trained Customer Experience Representatives deployed across all domestic stations to serve as personal travel chaperones for Business Class passengers and members of the airline’s loyalty programme.
Speaking on the development, the airline’s management explained that the initiative reflects Air Peace’s unwavering commitment to elevating customer satisfaction through personalised, human-centred engagement.
“The CXR initiative is designed to deliver seamless, hands-on assistance for our premium passengers, from the point of booking through check-in, boarding, and final arrival. It embodies our brand values of warmth, efficiency and professionalism, ensuring that every Business Class customer enjoys a tailored travel experience,” the statement read.
The CXRs will place courtesy calls to guide passengers on procedures ahead of flight departures; assist at check-in counters, boarding gates, and lounges; provide real-time communication on itinerary changes while swiftly resolving concerns, and offer thoughtful touches such as refreshment assistance and entertainment guidance.
This new service builds on Air Peace’s growing suite of travel-support innovations, including its flexible ticket payment option Pay Small Small, comprehensive travel insurance packages, and hospitality & mobility partnerships that ease door-to-door connections.
“With these layers of innovation, Air Peace is not only providing safe and reliable flights but also positioning itself as a holistic travel partner, delivering deeply personalised service for the modern traveller,” the statement concluded.
