Nigerians have reacted to the emergence of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu as the party flagbearer for the 2023 presidential election.
ThisNigeria reported that the Chairman of the APC electoral committee, Atiku Bagudu declared Tinubu the winner having polled the highest votes at the party’s presidential primary in Abuja.
The former governor of Lagos State scored 1271 votes while former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi polled 316 votes and the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo scored 235 votes.
Tinubu wins APC Presidential Primary
Reacting to Tinubu’s victory, a Twitter user, @whiteNigerian wrote: “Tinubu should open a school of Politics for the youths. His strategy for the past 23 years is worth studying.”
