
The 1.4km Pen Cinema Flyover Bridge in the Agege area of Lagos state has been commissioned by the Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Friday.
The project commenced in 2017 under the Akinwunmi Ambode administration and was completed in December 2020.
Speaking at the commissioning, Sanwo-Olu said the flyover was expected not only to ease traffic but also reduce travel time on the road.

“The Agege Pen Cinema Flyover Bridge will also help to bring development and improve trade between the Agege community and other surrounding communities,” the governor said.
Present at the commissioning ceremony was the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu and other government officials.
