Benin Fans Boo Super Eagles

It was disappointment galore at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City on Friday as angry soccer fans boed Super Eagles of Nigeria players after they drew Sierra Leone 4-4.

The match which saw Super Eagles on top of their Sierra Leonean counterparts 4-1 at the first half of the game.

The second half of the encounter saw the visitors dominating as they repelled and leveled their hosts by 4-4.

However, reports coming from the stadium in Benin affirmed that Nigerians inside the arena were disappointed by the result. They booed the players and officials as their bus moved out of the arena.

They called for the immediate sack of the Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr.
