Senate presidents, Ahmed Lawan has been declared as the APC Yobe north senatorial candidate.
The supreme court in a rulling on Monday affirmed Lawan’s candidature, after it allowed the appeal filed by the APC against Bashir Machina’s candidature.
According to the apex court,Bashir Machina was wrong to have commenced his suit by way of originating summons.
