Nigerian Chef, Hilda Bassey has been confirmed as the new record holder of the longest cooking marathon by an individual
Following reviews by Guinness World of Record Baci’s record was affirmed and has been declared the newest holder of the marathon.
However, Hilda’s 100hours marathon was not accepted as the world record book claimed there was a miscalculation with the amount of rest taken during the marathon.
They declared her the new record holder with 93hours and 11minutes .
“After reviewing all the footage, we’re delighted to announce that Hilda Baci is the new record holder for the longest cooking marathon (individual) “. they wrote on Twitter.
