Results collated from all the Local Government Areas combined shows Governor Godwin Obaseki to be in the lead with 307,857 while Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu polled 223,622 votes.
The Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced this in its Benin city office on Sunday.
Obaseki defeats his opponent and wins a second term in office.
