The Rivers State Police Command have arrested a man they allege to be a serial rapist.
At a press briefing at the command headquarters on Thursday, the Commissioner of Police, Friday Egboka, said the suspect, Favour Obama, always lured his victims through the social media.
A resident of Ada George area of Port Harcourt, the suspect is a husband and father of four.
