#EndSARS: Nigerians rain curses on actor Jide Awobona as his IG handle is mistaken for Lagos Governor’s

Nollywood actor, Jide Awobona has pleaded with Nigerians to stop raining curses on him as his Instagram handle is mistaken for that of the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

This is as Nigerians berate the Lagos State Government for not allowing the #EndSARS memorial protest at the Lekki Toll Gate.

Jide Awobona, in a post on his IG page on Wednesday, urged Nigerians to get his handle@jideawobona right and stop tagging him instead of the governor’s handle @jidesanwoolu.

“I am not your governor oo, you people should stop mentioning me, get the handle right. Check my stories, you will see what I’m saying,” he wrote.
