Fastest woman wont take part in Tokyo Olympic

American sprinter Sha’carri Richardson who failed the Marijuana test last month won’t be allowed to participate in the Tokyo Olympics after the exclusion from the Us 4×100 relay team.

Richardson is a track and field sprinter who is currently the fastest woman alive at the moment.

Richardson is preparing to participate in the Olympic Games in Tokyo Japan but unfortunately for her, she was tested positive for marijuana.

As a result, the world Anti-doping agency could suspend her for 30 days.

Marijuana is legal in 19 states including Oregon where Richardson competed in the US Olympic team trial and reportedly failed the drug test the petition reads.

A report circulated last week that Richardson’s marijuana test came back positive and she received a 30 days ban from the relay team on Friday and then again she was left off the team on Tuesday.

Richardson although admitted to using marijuana because it helps her cope with her mother’s death.

” We haven’t spoken about it at all, it was actually not a topic we focused on,”
Richardson’s agent Renaldo Nehemiah said when asked how Richardson is dealing with the fallout.

President Biden said last week that he was proud of the way Richardson handled the ban, ” the rules are the rules, whether they should remain the rules is a different issue, but the rules are the rules.
