Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi and his Ondo State counterpart, Rotimi Akeredolu have paid a visit to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu in the United Kingdom.
Akeredolu shared a picture of himself and Fayemi flanking the former Lagos state governor on Facebook and wrote: “Today, I visited the National Leader of our great party, All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu alongside my brother and the Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi.”
The APC chieftain has reportedly been in London for medical reasons.
President Muhammadu Buhari also visited Tinubu during his recent trip to the UK.
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu also shared pictures of his visit to the APC chairman and debunked rumours that he was bedridden.
Reacting to the photo, A Facebook user, Gbemiga Olanrewaju Olubumoye commented: “I’m sure if you mistakenly move an inch from his side baba will fall. And what’s the essence of the visit please.”
Akinfolarin Henry Akintayo commented: “Thanks to these governors for giving body support to Mr Tinubu if not Alaye go fall yakata.”
