Hon. Baraza Killed by Gunmen, Wives, Child abducted

Hon Musa Mante Baraza, representing Dass constituency of the Bauchi State House of Assembly has been killed by gunmen on Thursday night.

This was confirmed by the Command’s Police Public Relations Officer ( PPRO), DSP Ahmed Wakili.

The gunmen also abducted the lawmaker’s two wives, and one-year-old child and their whereabouts cannot be ascertained at this time.

Wakili said that police officers of the Dass division have been mobilised to track down the gunmen.
