The United States National Transportation Safety Board has narrated how a chopper conveying the CEO of Access Holdings, Herbert Wigwe; his wife, Chizoba and their son, crashed in the United States.
Also present in the helicopter was Abimbola Ogunbanjo who was a former group Chairman of Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) and two other yet-to-be identified persons.
According to the spokesman for the agency, Peter Knudson, the Airbus Helicopter EC-130 crashed on Friday evening near Baker town about 95 miles southwest of Las Vegas.

Knudson stated that the helicopter, which took off from Palm Springs Airport around 8:45 p.m, was en route to Boulder City, Nevada, when it crashed at about 10 p.m.
Sheriff’s officials told the television station that they have not been able to locate any survivors and the cause of the crash is unknown. Messages The Associated Press left with the sheriff’s department and the Federal Aviation Administration on Saturday weren’t immediately returned.
