I auditioned five times for Big Brother Naija – Hilda Baci

Hilda Effiong Bassey, better known as Hilda Baci, is a Nigerian chef and the current holder of the Guinness World Record for marathon cooking has diclosed that she auditioned for the Big Brother Naija show 5 times.

Speaking as a guest on ‘The Big Friday with Tacha’, Baci said, ‘I actually tried to get on Big Brother for a while. I think I audtioned for about four to five times.”

Hilda put Nigeria on the world map when she broke the Guinness World Record for marathon cooking with 93 hours 11 minutes.

She surpassed Indian chef Lata Tondon’s 87 hours, 45 minutes cooking marathon in 2023.
