Rescue operations have begun at the scene of a collapsed 21-storey building in Ikoyi.
The operations began hours after the incident occurred at Gerard Road, Ikoyi
ThisNigeria reports that the owner of the building identified as Femi Osibona, some expatriates and several workers are trapped beneath the rubbles.
