Minister for Niger Delta, Godswill Akpabio has paid a condolence visit to the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, over the collapse of a 21-storey building in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Akpabio made this known via Facebook.
He shared a picture of himself and the APC chieftain and wrote: “I was at the residence of the Leader of our great party, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, on a condolence visit over the recent building collapse in Lagos, where several Nigerians lost their lives.
“I prayed for the repose of the souls of those who died in the unfortunate incidence. I also used the visit to welcome our leader back from his successful medical trip abroad and prayed to God to grant him good health in abundance.”

Recall that more than 40 persons, including the developer of the collapsed building, Femi Osibona of Fourscore Heights, were pulled out of the rubble dead.
However, nine persons survived with injuries of various degrees.
