The UBTH Golf Course, Ugbowo, Benin-City in Edo State will come under fire this Friday, September 19, 2025 as over 80 golfers tee-off for laurels at the Peter Omo Dunia @ 53 Birthday Golf Kitty
The competition, which will feature amateurs and professionals, is organised by the Championship Kitty Group to celebrate the Chairman of Oceanwave Group, Dunia, for supporting golf in the club and across the country.
Accordingly, the one day golf kitty is being bankrolled by Bosh Construction in conjunction with Eterno Hotels Limited and the Oceanwave Ambassador, Pro Chukwu Okoro.
Meanwhile, prizes will be presented to winners in various categories as well as entertainment of guests.
In another development, the UBTH Golf Club is set to host the 1st Oceanwave Open that will feature golfers across the country at a later date to be fixed.
This open is to celebrate the philanthropic gestures of the Chairman Peter Omo Dunia in sports development.
