A man has attempted suicide in a United Bank for Africa (UBA) banking hall in Lagos over the withdrawal of his four hundred and fifty thousand naira from his account by hackers.

According to a video trending online the man’s account was hacked and withdrawals but went to make a formal report to the bank authority.

According to reports the bank officials traced the hacker’s account, blocked further withdrawals form the man’s account and asked the man to go get an affidavit showing that he was not the one who gave the hacker right to make such withdrawals.

When the man came back to the bank with the affidavit he was told that the hacker had made more withdrawals and his total N450,000 savings were gone.

The man left that bank on coming the back to the bank he came with a rope to hang himself in the banking hall.
