Murphy Afolabi predicted his death – Actor Adekola Tijani

Nollywood actor, Adekola Tijani has revealed that his late colleague, Murphy Afolabi predicted his own death.

Tijani made this known during an interview at the residence of the deceased on Monday.

ThisNigeria reports that the late Murphy was laid to rest at his home in Ikorodu, Lagos.

Speaking on his colleague’s death, Tijani said that he had called him some days before his birthday and his attitude was strange.

“Murphy was my childhood friend. He was a very simple man who took life easy. We had an appointment at the French embassy today.

“I had called him because he sent his share of our weekly contribution earlier than expected. I asked him why. He said whatever needs to be done when one is still alive, they should not hesitate to do so. I asked him what he meant by the statement. He said I wouldn’t understand,” Tijani said tearfully.

ThisNigeria reported that Murphy Afolabi passed away on Sunday, May 14 from injuries sustained after slipping in his bathroom.
