Deputy Speaker of Ogun State House of Assembly, Dare Kadiri has been impeached.
This was announced by Speaker of the Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo on Thursday.
The members totaling 19 in number supported the motion for the impeachment during Thursday’s plenary session held in the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
He was reportedly removed over alleged gross misconduct after the ad-hoc Committee constituted to investigate allegations against him found him guilty .
Kadiri represents Ijebu-North 11 constituency in Ijebu-North local government area of Ogun state.
