Ondo State Police Commissioner, Oyeyemi Oyediran has cautioned officers against involving in strike,saying it amounts to mutiny.
The new CP spoke while on a familiarisation tour of the four police divisions of Ikare, Okeagbe Ikun and Ogbagi under Ikare Area Command.
He urged Police Officers to appreciate the various reforms and laudable effort on Police Welfare under the present Inspector General of Police.
Oyeyemi took time off to inspect the abandoned Police smStation built at Afin-Akoko, urging the community to repair some damaged and vandalised parts of the structure for possible consideration.
At Ikare-Akoko, the regent of Akunu, Princess Tolani Orogun commended the efforts of the Area Commander and the Divisional Police Officer for their prompt actions whenever they were called in Isowopo area with myriads of security challenges.
