Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike has said that President Bola Tinubu makes it easy for him to perform his duties in the nation’s capital.
Wike said this during a media chat on Wednesday, to commemorate his one year in office as the FCT Minister.
He explained that whenever he has to take a decision that may not appeal to certain people, he seeks the approval of President Tinubu, who reminds him that it was his duty to make such decisions.

“The president would say that was why I was appointed in the first place. He says that the administration requires firm people to take certain decisions and stand by it.
“This is why it is why it is very easy for myself and my team to operate. I am one Minister who should not have complaints because anything I send before the president gets approved.
“This is why I cannot give excuses that something isn’t working. Everyone is happy and performing their duties when required,” he said.
