PDP NEC : Atiku calls for understanding, total reconciliation

The former Vice President of Nigeria and Peoples Democratic Party Presidential candidate in 2019, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar on Thursday called for understanding and total reconciliation of party faithful across the country.

Atiku made the call during the opening ceremony of the 93rd National Executive Council meeting of the party at Wadata plaza.

Also, The Peoples Democratic Party National Executive Council meeting is currently ongoing at the party Secretariat, Wadata, Abuja with a call from the Acting Chairman, Elder Yemi Akinwomi for the body to accept the National Working Committee proposals for the forthcoming convention.

Chosen convention to encourage youths evangelical zeal

With Elder Yemi Akinwomi presiding over the meeting, the Prince Uche Secondus Era may have tactically ended.

Akinwomi who pleaded with NEC members to give rap attention to the proposals before them said the outcome of the National Convention will determine the faith of PDP come 2021.

While wishing NEC members robust discussion, the Acting Chairman said Nigerians are already tired of APC failed government.

From Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Senator Enyinnaya Abariba to Governor Aminu Tambuwal and Hon. Ndidi Elumelu were all unanimous in their submission against the All Progressives Congress government describing it as a government of kidnapping, banditry and terrorism.

Atiku however pleaded for understanding and total reconciliation of party members across the country saying that, “it is only PDP that can go through the current crisis in the party and survive it.”
