Popular fashion designer, Toyin Lawani shares health battles

A Nigerian businesswoman, Toyin Lawani, has shared her battle with a degenerative spine and a cyst in her brain.

She made this disclosure via her Instragam page.

According to Tiannah, she started experiencing severe neck, back, and leg pains while pregnant with her daughter.

She said, “I legitimately died for a whole 10mins while I was pregnant for My daughter @kingtinukeleora.

“I started having serious. Neck/back/leg pains, And it got to a time I will get paralysed on my left side of my body and won’t be able to move at all,

“I was on pain killers injection all through. Even while shooting, it was hell doing those diaries session. I was later Diagnosed with a Degenerative spine and a cyst in my Brain.

“This really changed my life, but I didn’t let it affect me publicly, I knew how to hide away the pain from the eyes of the public. I went for the surgery 3rd of July.

“Real housewives of Lagos didn’t get to capture this, But I captured it all, to share hope to people out there who wake up and smile.

“Regardless of what they may be facing privately, I run over 33buisnesses, my kids and husband. All was affected, But with Amazing support system I was able to scale through ,I’m still fighting daily for my life , but I decided to come back standing tall.

“Guys I died for a whole 10mins before they were able to bring me back. My lungs collapsed. I developed hedema and from fixing artificial implants in my spine to be able to walk properly again. Went to developing complications that got me on a tracheostomy tube for 3months ,

“I have had 3 surgeries so far and two more to go so I can breathe well by myself and speak well again.

“So when you hear me speak and make fun of it know I’m a survivor and I went through a lot. I forgive your negative speeches though. But it is only a reflection of what you are being sold. To the extent that they will be tweeting Tiannah lies about everything, from pregnancy to having neck pains,
